Orders Placed But Have Not Shipped
For orders placed, but NOT yet shipped, you may cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund. For orders that have already shipped or are available for pickup at seminars or show venues, you may return the products purchased, as long as they are in new unused condition, for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling.

All physical product returns must be started within 30 days of a product's purchase. To request a return, contact us at [email protected]. Make sure to include your order number. All returns are subject to the conditions below. There will be no returns accepted past 30 days of the products purchase date.
All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all the packing materials. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way your made the original price. If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a 15% restocking fee.
Please note: For product returns, we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
Non Returnable Items
There are no returns or refunds for Video on Demand/Courses (Streaming Video) nor any digital services and products that have been viewed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive products that are damaged or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected]. Make sure to include your order number. The process for damaged or incorrect items will be remedied based on the situation by the customer service agent.
NOTE: A returned DVD in the DVD-R format that will play on our DVD-R players will not be considered defective. So please verify that your DVD player or software accepts DVD-R format. We encourage you to try them on another player first.

Exchange Requests
Within 30 days of purchase some products can be exchanged. If the product was received damaged or the wrong items were received please see above Defective or Damaged Items section.
To request an exchange contact us at [email protected] and include your order number along with what items you wish to exchange. Once we determine an exchange can be authorized instructions will follow via email.
Please note, customers who are authorized to exchange a product are responsible for all shipping costs. All exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all the packing materials. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will process your exchange.
Purchases from Third Party Sellers
Purchases made from third party sellers do not qualify for our return policies. If you purchased from Amazon or any other third party, please contact them to process your return. When making purchases using Amazon be aware that there are third party sellers who resell our products on Amazon and we cannot verify your purchase so you will need to reach out to them via Amazon.
If you are having difficulty processing your return on Amazon or with any of our approved distributors, or you are concerned about the quality of the products you received please contact us at [email protected] and leave details including your order number.

We do our best to control our products to prevent unscrupulous people from re-selling faulty products with any of our trademarked companies, but as technology increases this is a difficult goal to accomplish.
